it can do for you
ClientMinder
is a combined contact,
marketing and invoicing system. On the contact side it is
designed to track clients, memberships, contacts for
marketing, and other companies/individuals where extensive
information is kept on the contact and follow-up contacts
are expected. The contact database was designed to store and
select information about clients for continued marketing
based on previous orders or stated interests. It can be
integrated with the ConferenceMinder Registration System for
Membership Societies.
There is a primary subsystem for
contact tracking. The Contact Subsystem can contain member,
customer, vendor, employee and other contact data. It has
over 100 fields that include over 80 fields for categorizing
or targeting the contact as well as demographics, survey and
other fields.
The Order Subsystem collects
customer, memberships, product order, pricing and shipping
information that is used to generate orders, manage
inventories, and report on these operations. It uses the
Order, Order Details, Order Payments, Product, Subproduct,
and various other data repositories for order processing.

In the Order/Invoice
component, the system collects customer, product order,
pricing and shipping information that is used to generate
orders and manage inventories. It uses the Order, Order
Details, Order Payments, Product, Subproduct, and various
other tables for order processing.

forms and reports for their needs.

There are various
reports, forms and labels produced by the system. For
contacts there is a General Contact Report that allows user
selection of contacts by category, program, products
purchased, dates, etc for special promotions. There is a
matching General Product Report on the orders side. Order
reports also include summary reports for financial tracking
by program or product.

ClientMinder
has a Web interface allowing for daily
online orders and email order confirmations, invoices,
targeted messages, etc.

is extensive help available within ClientMinder.
The data fields on each Form have edit information and data
descriptions. A help file can be accessed from every Form.
An installation and user manual is also shipped with the
System.
