ClientMinder and ConferenceMinder will run under Windows NT, 2000, XP, 2003. The systems are contained in a number of a Microsoft Access 97/2000/XP/2003 databases. The databases are shared. Some external functions require FAX, FTP or MAPI clients.

   These systems are comprehensive systems written in MS Access, ASP and Visual Basic. All Handley Computer Corporation software products can be customized by the user using forms that come with each system. If necessary, they can be further customized by Handley Computer Corporation to fit your organization's needs.

Features

ClientMinder multiple ways to contact clients either through printed media or email. Selected groups can be contacted for membership renewals, new product announcements, or other marketing announcements.

ClientMinder has an invoice subsection for billing and payments. It also can interface with accounting systems such as MAS90.

ClientMinder has a web interface for e-commerce applications. It has simple import/export functions to interface with existing web applications.
